About Pat:
With an undergraduate degree from Stanford University, a graduate degree from Harvard Business School, and a resume that includes consulting at Bain & Company, private equity at Bain Capital, and running his own commercial real estate development firm, Pat had reached the height of professional success. With a loving wife and two great kids, from the outside his life looked "perfect." But unresolved childhood trauma, combined with an undiagnosed autoimmune disease and mental health struggles sent Pat down a path of alcohol use disorder. He got sober, has done and continues to do all of the work on his mental and physical health, and reimagined his career and what he defines as success. Here's how he spends his time:

A note from Pat Dooling:
When I graduated from business school, I could have never predicted I would one day own a non-alcoholic bottle shop. Life is funny in the unexpected ways it both knocks you on your feet and creates limitless opportunities for reinvention. Since I quit drinking in 2021, I've deliberately created a new path for myself. I left the high-stress world of investing for entrepreneurship in the surging non-alcoholic category. At the same time, I'm committed to advocacy for practices in both the physical and mental wellness worlds that have been beneficial to me in my sobriety and recovery journey.
